Each individual is responsible for securing their own room by contacting La Quinta by Wyndham Starkville at MSU, located at 982 Hwy 12 E, Starkville, MS 39759. The phone number is 662-270-4100 or book your room via the link: MISSISSIPPI PUBLIC TRANSIT 2025. A valid credit or debit card is required at check-in for all rooms. 

Room rates for 

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (April 24-27, 2025) are $139.00 plus tax. Rooms must be reserved by Friday, April 11, 2025. 

Use the code "MISSISSIPPI PUBLIC TRANSIT 2025" when booking.  

Online registration is quick and easy and requires payment via credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay with a check or purchase order, please download the registration packet from the forms section and follow the instructions provided in the document.

Event Registration: Registration will take place at La Quinta by Wyndham Starkville at MSU.

Meal Tickets: Your registration package includes 1 meal ticket for Friday’s lunch, 1 for the picnic on Saturday, and 1 for the awards banquet. Meal tickets are required at all events!

Transportation: Transportation will be provided between the hotel and event locations on both Friday and Saturday.

Outdoor Comfort: Please bring your lawn chairs, umbrellas, and any other items to ensure your outdoor comfort during the events.

Encouragement and Camaraderie: Early finishers are encouraged to stay and cheer on fellow contestants. This helps foster a strong sense of camaraderie among all participants.
